In this Beginner version of the workout, learn about each of the 7 key energy center of the human body (Charkas), then do an exercise for that chakra. The set goes step-by-step and guides you up the chakra system, giving you a gentle exercise for each step. You will strengthen your body and activate your personal power.
This set can be done alone or in combination with one or both of the previous Practical Yoga for Everyday People workout sets (1 & 2). Do this set often, and then graduate to the Advance version!
